Seminar and Examinations 9-11 March 2012
We are pleased to invite you to the 6th National Seminar under the leadership of Grandmaster Hwang Ho Yong. GM Hwang is the Technical Leader of Czech Taekwon-Do union and Chairman of the Technical comittee of the ITF. This seminar suitable is for all ranks and ages.02.10.2011

TKD Schweiz members train in Spain
Peter Regan and Sarah Carter of TKD Schweiz enjoyed a week of holidays on the Costa Brava in Spain. They didn’t just lie back and relax, though, there was also training and a lot of sightseeing to be done. Peter and Sarah travelled with a group of about 20 people from the Czech Republic. The camp was organised by Martin Zamecnik (5th Dan) for his Taekwon-Do school Ge-Baek Hosinsool (Prague).Training während der Sportferien

During the school holidays (6 Feb - 19 Feb in Baden), the training times are slightly changed. Mondays and Thursdays, children and adults train together from 7pm, Wednesday trainings are cancelled. |

Weihnachtsfeier 22. Dezember

| You and your family and friends are invited to celebrate Christmas with us. The party starts at 6pm on 22 December at the Sporthall Aue, Kanalstrasse in Baden. We will first train together and then enjoy demonstrations prepared by our team of instructors. We will spend the rest of the evening eating, drinking and chatting. If you want to bring a sweet or savoury snack, feel free to do so. We are looking forward to seeing all of you on Thursday! |

| The Sunday training scheduled for 20 November is cancelled because of the seminar last week and the Petr Sindler seminar that's coming up. We would like for as many of you as possible to attend that, so recover this weekend without TKD :-) |
38 Prüfungen letztes Wochenende

| Last Saturday, Peter Regan led his first seminar. 45 participants attended and 38 of them also did their gradings after the training. It was a very successful day for ITF Suisse and we celebrated it with some snacks and drinks outside the training hall. We are very proud of all of those who passed their exams and would like to thank them for their commitment to TKD. |  |
Martial Arts Show Boswil 2011

| Last Saturday, four blackbelts from TKD Schweiz, as well as Michal Pawlik from TKD Basel participated in the Martial Arts Show 2011 in Boswil. The event was well-organised and featured various martial artists from the area, who presented their martial art tot he audience. There were also some VIP guests, including gymnast Donghua Li, singer Vera Kaa and producer Keith W. Strandberg. The Taekwon-Do team’s performance was a great success. |  |
Ferienpass Hunzenschwil Sept 2011

| Peter Regan and Chris Kitulagoda, at the kind request of the Parents Organisation of Hunzenschwil, were invited to provide Taekwon-Do introduction classes to 28 children over two days. "We had great fun teaching the kids, everything from basic techniques to free sparring. The older kids enjoyed practicing self defence moves where chris and I were the bad guys. A great group of kids who were up for some action and not shy of hard work. There is definately plenty of Taekwon-Do talent in this area. A big thank you to the Elternverein of Hunzenschwil for their kind invitation and we look forward to doing the same next year". Gallery

TKD-Baden-Mitglieder zurück von GM Kim Seminar in Grenoble

| Last weekend, three members of TKD Baden travelled to Grenoble (France) to take part in a three day international seminar with GM Kim Ung-Chol. The seminar attracted over 60 participants from all over Europe. Grandmaster Kim focuses a lot on flexibility, as well as generating power when executing techniques.
